WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. All returns require prior approval and a return authorization number.
Due to the nature of our products and for your safety we cannot accept returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare and haircare products. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items designated as venta (sale items), undergarments or custom ordered / made items.
