We know how tricky it can be to care for delicates. From lingerie and other items labeled “dry clean” to silk blouses and scarves, this special formula removes perspiration, body oils, and stains while cleaning and preserving fabrics. Ideal for silk, synthetics, spandex, polyester, nylon, rayon, acetate, and blends. Why dry clean when you can provide better care for your delicates at home, minus the toxins and extra cost?
Pretreat and spot clean stains with Stain Solution or the Wash & Stain Bar . To remove odor from a viscose item, presoak it lukewarm water mixed with a ¼ cup of Scented Vinegar.
Handwashing is always the best and safest method for washing delicates.
Add 2 capfuls or a squirt of Delicate Wash to a washbasin or sink filled with cool water.
Submerge the item and gently agitate the water with your hands to evenly distribute soap. Soak for up to 30 minutes.
Rinse well by running cool water through the item until the water is no longer soapy. Do not wring. Instead, press the water out of the item.
Turn the item inside out, and place it in a Mesh Washing Bag.
Select the delicate cycle on the washing machine and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is on low.
Add the appropriate amount of Delicate Wash according to the machine and load size.
Plant-derived anionic and nonionic surfactants, stain-fighting and cleaning enzymes (protease, amylase, lipase), mineral-derived cleaning enhancers (sodium gluconate and calcium chloride), essential oils, and fragrance.
