Return, in-store credit & exchange policy
If you purchase a full priced item, you are welcome to return for full refund within 7 days of purchase.
If the item is sale priced 10% - 20%, you may exchange or return for store credit - subject up to a $10 restocking fee.
If the item is clearance priced at 21% - 40% OFF or more, it is considered a Final Sale. As always, to accept a return we do require the items be completely unworn / unused and in their original box.
Please email your order number, the reason for the return and preference (exchange, credit, or refund) to email@example.com to be issued a Return Authorization number.
If for any reason you need to talk to us about a return please do email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly rectify any production issue that sometimes occurs (ie, skincare pump not working) or damaged packaging when shipping.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
