return, in-store credit & exchange policy
Exchanges, in-store credit or refunds are offered if for the very unlikely reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
Any return processed after a 7-day period is eligible ONLY for exchange or in-store credit for up to a 14 days after your order is received.
Please email your order number, the reason for the return and preference (exchange, credit, or refund) to email@example.com to be issued a Return Authorization number.
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS (cuz you probably got a kick ass deal here), lingerie (eww), swimwear (same eww).
Kiss and Makeup cannot accept a return on any merchandise with visible damages or smells to have been worn! Merchandise that appears to be worn or damaged will be returned to you without a refund at our discretion. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition (plastic still on, seals still on, tags still on... you get the gist).
If for any reason you need to talk to us about a return please do email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly rectify any production issue that sometimes occur (ie, skincare pump not working) or damaged packaging when shipping.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE.
