Yes we certainly do! Just because you may live in a rural area your beauty routine shouldn't suffer for it. All addresses with a PO Box will ship ONLY with Canada Post.

Did your package get a little roughed up? That sucks and does happen occasionally despite our best effort when packing orders. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at email@example.com.
If you can include the order confirmation and photos that is most helpful for us to submit a claim on your behalf to the carrier. Once we get all the info we will get a replacement item shipped as soon as possible.
Yes, we do offer exchanges, in-store credit or refunds if any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days of purchasing your product. Please note: All products must be unused & unopened within 7 days of purchase to be eligable for a full refund.
