It's called Beautiful BC with a reason. We urbanites from Vancouver, are nothing but spoiled by how quickly we escape the city to go adventuring and exploring. 

A February long weekend up at Sakinaw Lake on the Sunshine Coast was spent chasing rainbows, hiking Skookumchuck narrows, canoeing, kayaking and falling in the freezing lake, being a girl boss, plaid dance parties, laughter, great food and wine. 

It’s time to go back.
